Metro Exodus is one of the most anticipated games of 2019. The open-world shooter which serves as a direct sequel to Metro Last Light is set in post-apocalyptic Russia and will resume the journey of Artyom. The will be the third game in the Metro series and possibly the end of the Metro trilogy. The game has been enhanced for Xbox One X, featuring HDR graphics and 4K resolution. This is one of the few highly anticipated games to have a confirmed release date of 15 February 2019.
As part of their partnership with the Metro game series, Microsoft has announced the release of the Xbox One X Metro Saga Bundle on February 15 which is available for pre-order now. The Xbox One X Metro Saga Bundle has a 1TB console, one controller, one-month trial for Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold. It will also carry digital copies of Metro 2033 Redux, Metro: Last Light Redux, and Metro Exodus. The retail price is similar to the other One X versions, $499.
The Metro game series is based upon the best-selling post apocalyptic novel written by Dmitry Glukhovsky. It explores the ruins of post nuclear war Russia and revolves around the story of Artyom. Metro 2033 is a first-person shooter survival horror video game developed by 4A Games and published by THQ, it was released in 2010 and received favorable reviews from critics and fans. The sequel was released 3 years later in 2013 and now after nearly 6 years we are going to witness the next part of Artyom’s journey.
